FM11g FRM-92150: web client version is too new

I've been seeing these errors for a few weeks now, not sure why. I may
have messed up the .htm files, or a config file somewhere, this is a dev
server.
No, it's not the browser cache.
Same error in Chrome, Opera, Nightly (Firefox), Safari. IE is more
spectacular, it just disappears from my desktop -- I think it just gives up
after a few tries.
Am thinking maybe of replacing all the /jdk subdirectories under
.../Middleware, to see if the error will go away.
This is on AIX. Oh, not sure where to get AIX JDKs, IBM provides them but
Oracle doesn't have a link?
