your order is correct. I managed to mix myself up between setting
db_file_multiblock_read_count and setting MBRC explicitly.
Gathering ‘exadata’ copies the db_file_multiblock_read_count into system stats,
which you’re then overriding. You will be getting a pretty ratio high number of
multi blocks for every single block read.
