Peter,
Since you don't "need" to export the system and sys objects, my suggestion
would be to not export those. I googled this problem and a few people have
hit it, but nobody posted a resolution. I also scanned Metalink but didn't
see a resolution. You could file a SR or whatever Metalink calls a TAR these
days.
