I understand that it samples every 5 minutes (ora at least the agent sends
data every 5 minutes )- might need to check on that
However the data is aggregated after 7 days it is rolled into hour aggregates
then after 31 days it is rolled into daily aggregates
select table_name, partitions_retained
from em_int_partitioned_tables
where table_name in
('EM_METRIC_VALUES','EM_METRIC_VALUES_HOURLY','EM_METRIC_VALUES_DAILY');
TABLE_NAME PARTITIONS_RETAINED
----------------------------- -------------------
EM_METRIC_VALUES 7
EM_METRIC_VALUES_HOURLY 32
EM_METRIC_VALUES_DAILY 2

Hi all
Does anyone know how Enterprise Manager gather and store Host CPU statistics?
I am interetsed in knowing if the data stored is per minute to show the 24
hours chart, weekly and monthly or the sampling rate is different to show
different periods?
