ER software tool recommendation

Hi,
We need to build ER/Chen diagram and looking at 3rd party tools, we only need
to use the tool for generating ER diagram and need to show following
information in output diagrams (Need a tool that can allow us to group objects
in subject-areas/sub-models):
* Table Name
* Primary key column
* Foreign Key column
* Relationship (1 to 1 or many)
