The Grafana plugin is not released yet, there’s a little more work to be
done to get it thru all the channels with Grafana. Should be fairly soon

I downloaded and installed 13.4 on OL7.7 this weekend. First, the

set. It didn't, but it looks like it was checking for the obsolete
"optimizer_adaptive_features" parameter, and when it didn't find it, looked
for the series of 12.1 underscore parameters listed in the doc. Setting
those allowed me to proceed with the install. I'll be unsetting them
(eventually), relying on "optimizer_adaptive_plans" for the fun.
