EM 11g doesn't show dbms_jobs jobs

Interesting that when you go to an individual database, then click on
Server, Jobs, you don't see any of the dbms_jobs jobs in the database, only
the ones created using the newer dbms_scheduler.
Has that been fixed in EM 12c? (Putting the jobs link under the heading
Oracle Scheduler is not a fix)

The Java-based EM Console used to show jobs properly.
