Just observation alone as a basis of jugding differences in performance between operating systems is simply invalid. It is similar to saying that a SQL in Oracle is slow because you don't like it taking 10 minutes to complete because you're other SQL takes 10 seconds - and hey, they are *both* SQL, both on the same table, both return 10 rows, so both should be equally fast! Right? Making judgements by mere observation.. sorry, that simply does not cut it IMO. -- Billy ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This e-mail and its contents are subject to the Telkom SA Limited e-mail legal notice available at http://www.telkom.co.za/TelkomEMailLegalNotice.PDF ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -- //www.freelists.org/webpage/oracle-l
