Nisha, I'm hoping that you are just asking about the fields in this
report (as opposed to asking about what is a CPU)...  <g>

I think that the formatting was lost when you copied that text into
your email but it kindof looks like the top of an AWR report.  In the
AWR report header, I believe that "CPU" does not account for
hyperthreading - so on an HT-enabled system you'll see twice as many
CPUs as there physically are.
