Different owners for Oracle Home and Grid Home

Hi, Everyone,
Is there any advantage for having different owners for Oracle Home and Grid
Home? I found even though it sounds like a good idea and allows you to
assign support to different users, in practice the same people(DBAs)
usually end up managing both Grid and Oracle homes. Having different
owners for Grid and Oracle Homes only added permission problems in
installation and configuration.
Any thought?
