Shouldn't be a problem. Connect to ASM as sysasm, and mount the disk group manually. It should appear in the OCR:

alter diskgroup whateverTheNameIs mount;

Repeat for all you need. If you have problems that I'd point my finger towards the storage configuration.

Once mounted, you can use srvctl start diskgroup -g theDGName to start it on the remaining cluster nodes.
