Need some assistance here with 11.2.0.1 installation of database and dbconsole.
The console is main source of administration on Windows. Per recent browser
enhancements the internal self-assigned certificate is weak and prevents access
to dbconsole.
Oracle's recommendation is to upgrade the database to 11.2.0.4 which in turn
upgrades the dbconsole and cert however an independent patch or fix is not
available for 11.2.0.1 version of database.
Attempting to leverage use of Wallet Manager to create a cert request for the
org's CA. Any guidance on this is appreciated.
