As Mladen says, there is no way to determine this within even an order of
magnitude without testing. Another factor is the number of LOBs, depending
on the oracle version LOBs cant take a lot longer to export than other
data. If you are not on enterprise edition, you can simply run multiple
streams with different parameter files to improve the speed.
