For the record, I didn't set this policy and wasn't here when it was
implemented, but yes, I'm doing my best to rectify these types of
inadequacies. My wording above was unfortunate, I admit, as "therefore"
seemed to suggest a general practice as opposed to a mere reflection of
a policy of one of our internal groups here.
