Kent Graziano works in this area heavily. He's unfortunately in the Houston,

Subject: Data Vault Consultant out there?
Hi there,
I wanted to see if anybody is an Data Vault consultant/expert out there or
knows somebody you can refer? Preferably in the Southern California area. We
are looking for some help to review our plans for Data Vault implementation.
Basically to take a look at our realms and rules that we have created to make
sure it is doing what we intended and that we are not missing any holes.
