Hello Kitri

I think you can use the product ActiveKnowledge from http://www.active-base.com/

This product works by sending all database requests (sql) to the product.
To work with it, you write in the product where each sid reside, like tnsnames, then point in tnsnames all the addresses to the product server.
The product then can change them and log them, using rules, and then forward them to the database.
So, you have logging facility.
I am using a special version of the product for another purpose so I am no great expert on this but I think that the rules can say that whenever the user selects account replace this with myfunction(account) so the value will be scrambled when it goes back to the user.

If you want, I will pass your e-mail to them and they will contact you.

Hello All,

We are being asked to employ, for certain databases, data access monitoring and auditing
tool that will not use any Oracle supplied mechanisms. In addition to this, encryption of certain data will also be required, but, without
using Oracle supplied mechanisms. The solution must be 'DBA free'.
