DR solution and BCP plans

Hi friends,

This is not a pure technical question. Our management has come with this 
question. The question is to present them with different options of DR and BCP 
plans. 
The idea is to present them with (management and customers) different plans / 
packages of DR and BCP plans. Of course each of these plans are associated with 
its own price tags. The price increases when RTO and RPO decrease.  

The technology and pricing items ( license , hardware and other costs ) varies 
when RTO and RPO changes. I would like to know from industry experts if they 
have something similar to this.
1. How do you price your customers ? Will they be paying cost for the DR site 
from the point when contract is signed ? Or will the extra cost be charged once 
I switch to DR ?

2. How do you manage software license costs? Do you have a dedicated machine 
for DR env ? Or will it be a VM which can scale up when I switch to DR ?

3. Do you put your DR in some cloud offerings ? If yes, which one is best ?

4.Is DR specified as an added cost when you sign the contract ?

5. Do you have DR sites in the same country or will it be in a different 
country ?

6. Which all technologies do you use ? DG , golden gate etc etc ?

I would like to know how , in industry these kind of things are handled.  Many
