Hi Just found in a site:
"DBMS_STATS.GATHER_DATABASE_STATS_JOB_PROC collection of statistical
information. The process first detects missing and old-fashioned
statistical information objects. Then determine the priority, and then
start statistics. The automatic analysis may lead to extremely serious
latch competition, which could lead to a database Hang or Crash."
So, should I remove this and implement my own stats collect job? Can
someone pls share some light on this?
