Here is a sample output from a prod DB:

Within the hour the report covers, the database has spent only 4 minutes of
database time. Database time includes CPU time and wait events (such as
reading,writing, concurrency, etc, etc).

So, in a nutshell, your database is basically doing nothing. It's mostly
idle.
