If you are not sure what you are doing, stop all activity immediately
and open a service request with Oracle.
Trying to proceed without professional help will likely dig a deeper
hole for you.
And ask yourself why the 'big DB' was so horribly mis-configured to have
only one redo log. What other things did the DBA [team] do wrong?
