Thank You Seth. It was my flashback recovery area . I sized it too big.
Once I adjusted the size I was able to continue.

The space error tends to be a catchall error thrown by the assistants.
This is more likely a clustering issue of that disk group. Make sure that
you can see the disk group on all of the nodes of the cluster.
If the error is actually a space issue, it might be that your
db_recovery_file_dest and size are set to and exceed that disk group.

while running ./dbca for the creation of my 12c RAC ONE NODE I got the
+DGRECO does not have enough space. Required space is 1045576 MB
available space is 30756 MB
DGRECO is holding my archive information. During the install I didn't
select to place the database in archivemode, because I plan to enable after
the initial impdp.
How/why is it determining that i need that much space for DGRECO?
