It was a bumpy ride but finally I could successfully install 10.2.0.5.2
(OMS and Agent) with 11.2.0.1 (repository).
For the benefit of all I will write an Install checklist and send to the
forum in few days.

I don't think this is Certified: 412431.1
OMS Grid 10.2.0.5.2 is only certified with 11.1.0.6 (Pre - Certified),
11.1.0.7
That doc is of Feb 5th.
