sadly, no. Trivadis has a "standard" script that comes with the BasEnv
framework that we distribute to some customers, but even that is not the
best, IMO.
Beside the "normal" stop and start, there are a few things to deal with,
especially upon relocate, like:
- the EM target host that needs to be updated (if you use EM), you can get
the idea of the problem here:

- creating the adump if you don't use a shared ACFS for that
- check that you have a init that points to the spfile in ASM (as it's not
a srvctl resource anymore, you cannot specify with spfile you want but it
looks in OH/dbs).
- check if the DB is standby and avoid to open the database with RT Apply
- change the static connect identifier host for DG after the relocate
- changing the local_listener to point to the node vip. For this one , my
favorite solution is to have an entry
"local_listener=(address=(host=hostname-vip)..." different on each node, so
that you do not need to change it with the start of the instance.
That's why I never recommend sticking to an example but do it yourself
according to your taste...
I always wanted to write a good article for all this stuff, but never
managed to find the time... Now the project is over and I do not have
access to it anymore to get the material/examples :-)

Hi Nenad,
I recommend using Clusterware exactly for the points that you mentioned,
the ACFS mount registry does not work in Oracle Restart and the cluster
dependencies with the storage are not honored.
I have done a few implementations like this (in 12.2+), they work really
well.
If you want to upgrade to RAC in the future, be careful that you need to
correctly configure your private interconnect , or you will need to restart
your CRS on the node before adding a new one.
You do not need RAC license as long as you stay in single instance (that
means also no RAC option ON in the binaries).
Cold failover cluster is also an option that does not require RAC, but you
have to code your stop/start scripts.
