Yes, I'd go to 13.2 and although the upgrade isn't too challenging, if you
haven't deployed yet, it may be easier to just do a new install.

13c, 13.2.2.0.0.
Does anyone know if I can just upgrade my current Cloud Control to the new
version or do I have to do a full install and start over?
