This is a problem with the latest version of Firefox. I just found a fix yesterday (which is convoluted but it works - just follow the steps closely). http://erdemcer.blogspot.com/2014/07/firefox-update-comes-with.html I "think" there is a bug filed with Mozilla on this too.
