Can't drop an unused roll back segment...

Oracle Admin, (sorry starting a new thread on this but its a bit different from
the original)
I'm trying to drop this unused undo tablespace/dbf file. Any thoughts would be
greatly appreciated. Patrick OBrien.
SQL> show parameter undo

undo_tablespace string UNDOTBS3
SQL> drop tablespace UNDOTBS1 including contents;
drop tablespace UNDOTBS1 including contents

ORA-01548: active rollback segment '_SYSSMU1$' found, terminate dropping
tablespace
SQL> drop rollback segment "_SYSSMU1$";
drop rollback segment "_SYSSMU1$"

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-30025: DROP segment '_SYSSMU1$' (in undo tablespace) not allowed
