dataFiles

RMAN questions,

Hopefully it's not to dumb.

1. Can RMAN do a full backup of just certain datafiles and lay them out
on another system?

2. If so, can you then do incrementals on those datafiles?

3. Lastly if one and two are possible - what if you modify the
destination database say update a row that lives in the datafile you are
doing increments on, will applying the RMAN incremental datafile file
fail?

Thanks in advance....
