3rd table column with caption "ЦПУ(МГц)" is CPU speed in MHz. Other columns are 
1 - CPU model, 2 - Server/Oracle version, 4 - Bus speed, 5 - CPUSPEEDNW, 6 - 
CPUSPEED, 7 - Source (link to the post).

Before posting I had goggled the topic and saw this thread. It was very 
interesting however the actual clock speed of the cpu's weren't posted so I 
didn't know if there was a correlation or not.

There is no direct correlation. The values that I have seen from many customers 
are in the range between 1,000 and 1,600.
