It is working fine now after doing the following steps: Change the permission on file /etc/oraInst.log Apply the patch 10.2.0.3 on CRS (this is must before installing database) Anyhow now all the services are running and database is up. Enterprise manager agent is running on both the machines but I am not able to access the EM from browser and it is giving error "server not found". What can be the possible issue?
