statistics will provide?
The question is also, it seems to me, a little ambiguous. What does "being
used by Oracle" mean? Do you mean raw CPU stats, that most of the answers
seem to imply, or the total CPU used *by Oracle* in that minute? For the
latter, I'd use the DB CPU statistic kept by the database, but again I'm
not clear what information that is intended to give you. If you are using
42% of the CPU capacity in one minute what does that mean.
