Once you reinstall oracle engine as it was before.
You only have to recreate services that's all, use oradim
DON'T touch datafiles, etc. , if you didn't delete them. maybe you
will haev to restore init.ora file.
That is the reason we keep init.ora file in a folder out of Oracle, so
all files are out there if something happens
