This is the setting in my IE9 so I think Enabled is the default. If you need to upload files to MOS as part of an SR resolution, you might find a problem since the latest update (January 13th I think) of MOS. It appears that IE needs a setting changed to allow uploads. If you don't set it, you will simply get "failed" on any attempt to select a file for uploading. This affects IE7, IE8 and IE9 and may affect IE10 too. Firefox isn't affected, just IE. You need enable Tools->Internet Options->Custom level (button)->Include local directory path. Our security team have disabled the Custom Level button, so that's causing no end or problems at the moment!
