I suppose You can drop those targets - I have done it once while some
reconfiguration/cleaning and whole system worked properly.
AFAIK Beacon has a destination which I never use (and believe most don't
use), Web Cache is needed when one share it with many others (which is a
case for some helpdesk, which is not very common),
Http Server, EnterpriseManager0.MY_OMS, EnterpriseManager0.MY_OMS_home,
EnterpriseManager0.MY_OMS_OC4J_EM I recognize as so crucial that if they
won't work You won't be able even to log in, so You won't see them
disabled anyway.
It will be helpful only in situation with minor problems or bugs, which
usually can be resolved by using logs.
On the other hand I monitor them, because it does not harm anything and
does not take much place.
