downloaded? how about applied?

the readme.txt lacks details as to what actions are necessary if the
previous 8.1.7.4.16 patchset was applied. lovely.

guess I could remove that oracle software installation and reclone
from the source database that I used in the prior iteration.
what a huge waste of time.
guess that I'd rather waste an iTAR than nuke that install and re-clone.

I'll see what happens with the iTAR and report back.
