much capacity is available.

Hmmm, I doubt that they can charge you for support of an unsupported version. Charging for service that is not provided is allegedly illegal, so I've been told. And the statement that the version 18.104.22.168 is unsupported means that Oracle Corp. will not provide support for it. Consequently, they cannot charge for support, for 22.214.171.124 instance.
