About Oracle licensing

Hello everyone,
One question about Oracle licensing :
Several years in the past, my Oracle license vendor told me : « You can use
Oracle for free on a server exclusively dedicated to run rman catalog's
instances »
Currently this is the case, I have one server with several Oracle instances,
for this usage. Whitout paying any license for this server...
This « RMAN server » is running Oracle 9i.
I have the project to migrate these RMAN catalogs on a new Oracle 11g server.
Question: With Oracle 11g, is it free, if I use only to run RMAN catalogs ?
I can't find any information on this subject on Metalink site or oracle.com
