Well, as an aside, I would recommend bumping up the available memory to the
database and take advantage of that extra RAM - keeping in mind anything
else that might be running on that server such as webservers and the like.
It might not help your ratios but it should help performance and might
help your ratios *if* stuff doesn't get flushed out of the cache is used
regularly.
