ASM Vs GPFS

Can somebody please provide some comparision of ASM and GPFS. There is big
debate going on for Selecting ASM vas GPFS for Oracle 10g RAC on AIX server and
I had to share some point to management and appreciate any link. Ofcourse ASM
is free but SA are not ready to go with ASM and want to stick with GPFS. GPFS
has some advatage like shared files etc. Even some DBA's are also inclined to
GPFS as they have never worked with ASM aqnd also don;t want to try it.
Management is ready to work based on unified solution with facts like big
deployment using ASM or GPFS as well opinion of lots of technical community.
