AQ Installation

Hi list
What do I have to do in order to use Advanced Queuing? I looked at the fine
manuals, but I couldn't find a stept by step HOWTO like "run cat***.sql...,
do this, do that..." and so on. The only cat - script I found was
catqueue.sql. Is there an installation guide out there?
