APP-FND-01630: Cannot open file f:\d01\oracle\viscomn\temp\OF31.tmp for reading

We are working on Oracle Application 11.5.9 on windows and it is a fresh
instance means no additional patch applied to this instance .
I have installed printer now all the sysadmin reports are running fine and
showing output , but when i try to run some other report like asset category or
transaction register report it says ..can any body tell me the solution for
this
