There is not a cast iron guarantee that APEX-prefixed views will not
change. However, they are indeed the layer on top of the base objects that
is designed to insulate as best possible from future changes.
As long you're not digging into WWV-etc prefixed objects, then you are
probably doing the best in terms of future-proofing.
But as always, some robust testing around upgrading always is the sensible
thing to do.

change somehow in an upgrade and we have to adjust all of them. But maybe
they wont and they want us to use them like this.
