fwiw,
I am using utl_mail to send email daily (well tue-sat) with EOD run status
via a package. The package gets called via a trigger on status table. This
worked well in 10204 and now in 11202. We are upgrading to 11203 in few
days, but in testing it worked well. I am not using authid clause in my
package.
