It's an auxiliary DBUA dummy instance: either an upgrade session was abnormally interrupted (and in that case you should shut it down and re-run/fix the previous upgrade) or an active DBUA session is still running ... or the upgrade process completed successfully, but the dummy instance is still running because of a bug
An example: After Patching A Database From 11.1.0.6 To 11.1.0.7, DBUAn Background Processes Exist (Doc ID 976300.1).
