I think Mladen may be joking.  Sometimes it's hard to tell, even for
those who have been reading his posts for a long time. 

Jeffrey, your answer is no.  You can get to 3gb with the extended memory
switches.  64-bit windows removes the limits on the amount of memory one
process can address.  There is a limit, but it's enormous.

With Windows? Yes. Theoretically you're not, but then you
have a 64-bit version of BSOD which kicks in after 2GB.
