I've done it with 12.1.0.2 Standard Edition, Freeradius, and Google
Authenticator.
I've been meaning to blog about it, but I've been lazy.
Note that if you use 12.1.0.2, it works without ASO and so also works with
SE. Before that, it requires ASO.
