I'm not using RAC, but we have just put in OEM12c with a repository in an 11g
database, (Solaris 10 isn't patched for 12c databases yet).
So far, I'm not having issues. Have applied one patch to OEM software for
some reason, and have patched 11g database TO 11.2.0.4.0.
One caveat is that we cannot get the 12c agents to work on Solaris 9 yet. We
have not released it to prime time yet, but looking good so far except for the
Solaris 9 issue.

Hello all.. I'm working a new system design and wanted to use 12c RAC, but not
all the applications which the database will support are compatible with 12c
yet. So, I'm contemplating running 12c Grid Infrastructure with the 11g RDBMS.
Just wondering if anyone has done this and if so, any gottchas I should be
aware of..
