11.1 agent my guess is would probably not work with 10 grid control OMS
10.2.0.5 gc agent has support
For 11.1.0.7 databases 11.1 gc grid should work with an 11.1 OMS . The release
structure is different between Grid control and oracle database and might be
confusing
