This is for 11.2.0.2 and 11.2.0.4 homes on an 11.2.0.4 cluster.
I have a related question. I figure I would keep this in the same thread. I
am having issues with my SCAN IPs. SAs are looking into it. How do I get
the DBCA to ignore the SCAN IPs? I need to run this in silent mode.
Tried to pass it with a blank. Also tried it in the template. Blank doesnt
get the DBCA to ignore the remote_listener. When I did an RMAN restore, I
was able to get oracle to ignore the remote_listener parameter by simply
commenting it out of the init.ora. How do I get the DBCA to ignore the
remote_listener parameter? So I dont error out during DB creation.
-initParams "remote_listener=''"
