10g Enqueue Type: RO-Multiple Object Reuse (fast object reuse)

Something interesting caught my eye today.
I searched briefly for the string in the header but didn't find anything.
This seems like a newly introduced feature related to multiple
accesses to the same buffer block, but I haven't read up on it yet.
Just wondered if anyone else had seen any docs on it.
