Boris,
as the other posters already pointed out, you can request the 10053
trace the same way you would a 10046 (aka sql_trace, or Cary trace):
From within the stored procedure using execute immediate 'alter session
...'
From outside the SP, from a different session, you can use
dbms_system.set_ev(sid, serial#, event#, level, '');
Both methods work independent of the Oracle release (at least the
current mainstay releases 7.3 through 10.2).
